3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines (3/2 Marines) is a Marine Corps infantry unit based at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. It consists of approximately 1000 marines and sailors and falls under the command of the 2nd Marine Regiment of the 2nd Marine Division.
The 3/2 Marines, widely recognized as the "Betio Bastards," stands as a true testament to the valor and unwavering spirit of the United States Marine Corps.
