Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy for Tactically Acquired® LLC

Tactically Acquired® LLC wants customers to understand exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Window

Tactically Acquired® LLC accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 45 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:

• returned within 45 days from the delivery date, and
• not damaged

For purposes of this policy, Tactically Acquired® LLC reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if an item is damaged, altered, abused, or returned in unacceptable condition.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are eligible for return and exchange under this policy, provided they meet the return conditions stated above.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Tactically Acquired® LLC pays return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges.

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Tactically Acquired® LLC in order to receive return shipping support. Unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or returns sent without approval may be denied.

5. Exchanges

Tactically Acquired® LLC offers exchanges for eligible items returned within the applicable return window.

If a requested exchange item is unavailable, Tactically Acquired® LLC may offer a refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution at its discretion.

6. Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, Tactically Acquired® LLC will process the refund to the original payment method unless another resolution is agreed to in writing.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return results from an error by Tactically Acquired® LLC.

7. Wrong Item, Defective Item, or Fulfillment Error

If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item materially inconsistent with your order, contact support@tacticallyacquired.com promptly with the order number and clear supporting details.

8. Non-Eligible Returns

Tactically Acquired® LLC reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that:

• are outside the 45-day return window
• are returned in damaged condition
• show signs of misuse, abuse, or alteration
• do not reasonably match the item originally shipped
• are sent back without following the return instructions provided by Tactically Acquired® LLC
