Shipping Policy for TacticallyAcquired.com

Tactically Acquired® LLC is committed to providing clear shipping information and order transparency.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, military mail routing delays, or other circumstances outside the control of Tactically Acquired® LLC.

2. Domestic Shipping Methods

For domestic orders, Tactically Acquired® LLC may offer shipping through:

  • USPS flat-rate services
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • UPS expedited services, including next day air where available

Available shipping options may vary by destination, checkout selection, product type, carrier service area, and operational constraints.

3. International Shipping

Tactically Acquired® LLC offers international shipping and may use:

  • DHL
  • USPS
  • UPS Worldwide

International transit times vary by destination, customs processing, carrier operations, local delivery conditions, and country-specific restrictions.

4. APO and FPO Shipping

Tactically Acquired® LLC ships to APO and FPO addresses where supported by the selected shipping method and applicable carrier rules.

Transit times to APO and FPO destinations may be longer than standard domestic deliveries and are outside the direct control of Tactically Acquired® LLC.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping charges will vary based on the service selected and the delivery destination.

6. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific shipping service purchased at checkout.

Tactically Acquired® LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, destination-country processes, weather, military routing, holiday volume, or events outside its control.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Tactically Acquired® LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delivered Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, the package will be considered delivered. When the shipping address provided by the customer is correct, packages marked delivered are the customer’s responsibility.

Tactically Acquired® LLC may, at its discretion, assist the customer in contacting the carrier or submitting a claim where appropriate, but Tactically Acquired® LLC does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement for carrier-confirmed delivered shipments.

9. International Duties, Taxes, and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tactically Acquired® LLC is not responsible for customs delays, import holds, refused entry, abandoned shipments, or confiscations imposed by international authorities.

10. Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If an order arrives visibly damaged, materially incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@tacticallyacquired.com as soon as possible with the order number and supporting details.
