Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact support as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel. The team will do its best to help before the order is processed, but once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy instead.

The public shipping policy and current FAQ both describe shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout, and the shipping policy notes that delivery is limited to the addresses specified during checkout.

Standard shipping through USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2 to 5 business days in the United States. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

What happens if my package is undeliverable?

If a package is undeliverable because of an incorrect address or another delivery issue, the customer is responsible for coordinating with the courier to resolve delivery and complete receipt of the package.
