Unit history
USS Dace (SSN-607) represents a milestone in the evolution of American undersea warfare. The nuclear Dace carried the name of her WWII predecessor (SS-247), which helped sink the heavy cruiser Maya during the Battle of Leyte Gulf in one of the war's most celebrated wolfpack attacks.
Our USS Dace collection is designed for the sailors who served aboard her and the families who supported them through deployments they often couldn't discuss. Every item carries the authentic heritage of a nuclear submarine and the crew who took her to sea.
