USS La Jolla (SSN-701)
"Semper Fortis"
USS La Jolla (SSN-701) was a Los Angeles-class nuclear attack submarine, part of the largest class of nuclear submarines ever built. Sixty-two Los Angeles-class boats were constructed between 1972 and 1996, forming the core of the Navy's undersea combat power through the end of the Cold War and well into the 21st century. Designed for speed, the class could keep pace with carrier battle groups while maintaining the acoustic stealth needed to hunt enemy submarines.
Our La Jolla gear is crafted for the submarine community — the sailors who qualified on her, the families who waited through months-long deployments, and anyone who understands what it means to serve beneath the surface.
