Among the Sargo-class submarines that fought in the Pacific, USS Seadragon (SS-194) stands out for the quality and impact of her war record. USS Seadragon conducted special missions in the early months of the war, including evacuating key personnel and materials from Corregidor before its fall. She completed 12 war patrols.
