USS Sealion (SS-195) was a Sargo-class submarine whose service ended the way too many boats' stories did during the Pacific war. Sunk December 10, 1941, by Japanese bombs at Cavite Navy Yard during the opening attacks on the Philippines. Four crew members were killed. She was the first U.S. submarine lost in WWII.
We carry USS Sealion merchandise because names like hers should not fade. For submarine veterans, military families, and anyone who understands what these crews risked, this collection is a way to remember.
