USS Torsk (SS-423) delivered results that placed her among the most effective combat submarines of the Second World War. USS Torsk is credited with firing the last torpedo and sinking the last enemy combatant ships of World War II, two Japanese coastal defense vessels on August 14, 1945. She is preserved at the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
Today, USS Torsk is preserved as a museum ship where visitors can walk her decks and feel the confined spaces where her crew lived and fought. Our Torsk collection complements that experience with apparel and merchandise that carries her legacy beyond the museum walls.
