USSエンタープライズCV-6は、東ソロモンでの爆弾攻撃、サンタクルーズでの魚雷による損傷、沖縄沖での神風特攻隊の攻撃を生き延びました。第二次世界大戦の太平洋戦域の主要なすべての交戦に参加した唯一の空母でした。東京ローズによって3度沈没したと報じられましたが、太平洋の灰色の幽霊として、彼女は戦い続けました。

この第二次世界大戦海軍レガシーTシャツの使い古された、あるいはきれいなビンテージデザインは、比類ない功績を残した船の損耗を反映しています。ミッドウェーでのエンタープライズ航空隊の壊滅的な攻撃から、日本本土に対する最終作戦まで、CV-6はそこにいました。
